Walnut Raw Balls

A simple, healthy & delicious recipe for a great re-energising snack!

1 cup seedless fresh dates
1/4 cup raw cacao
1/2 cup organic shredded coconut
1 cup raw walnuts
Splash of coconut oil

Mix the above in a food processor until mixture
becomes a dough. Hand roll dough into small balls.

To form a crisp outside layer, roll the balls over the
shredded coconut.

Best served chilled in the fridge before eating.
